Tab	Purpose
Services	Browse service types and start a New Request
My Requests	Track open requests, proposals, and approved jobs
Contractors	Search and view contractor profiles; request work from a specific pro
Messages	Chats with contractors (created when they apply or you message them)
Settings	Profile, notifications, Help & Support, sign out

Settings → Rearrange Tabs lets you reorder tabs to match your workflow.
