After contractor registration, WorkMe requires Profile setup (also available later from Settings → Business profile).
Required information
- Provider / business type (e.g. licensed contractor vs other classifications)
- Business name and address
- Services and subcategories you offer
- Service area (where you work)
- Contact phone and optional website (for licensed contractors)
Google Business listing
If your business appears in search:
- Select your Google listing to link it.
- Tap Verify and complete ownership verification (SMS, documents, or other methods per Remote Config).
- If the listing is already claimed by another WorkMe user, you'll see Business already claimed — contact hello@workme.pro if you are the owner.
After setup
- Home — browse job requests in your area
- Settings → Business — edit company details anytime
- A compliance banner may appear until licenses or disclosures are complete
