Create a case with a category (general, account, bug, etc.) and describe your issue.

Support Assistant

  • Answers how-to questions using WorkMe documentation (workme.pro/support).
  • Can search FAQs, explain workflows, and suggest password reset when appropriate.
  • If the assistant cannot resolve your issue, ask for a human or use escalation when offered.
