Sign in methods

On Sign in / Register, use the same provider you used when registering:

  • Google
  • Apple
  • Phone (SMS verification code)
  • Email and password

Forgot password (email accounts)

  • On the email sign-in screen, tap Forgot password (or equivalent).
  • Enter the email on your account.
  • Open the reset link from your email and set a new password.

You can also ask the in-app Support Assistant to send a reset email to the address on file.

Switching devices

Sign in with the same provider as before. Your requests, proposals, and messages sync from your account.

Account reactivation

If you recently requested account deletion, WorkMe may show a reactivation screen during the grace period — follow the prompts to restore access.
