App slow or unresponsive

  • Force-quit and reopen WorkMe.
  • Check Wi‑Fi or cellular data.
  • Update to the latest App Store version.
  • Restart your device.
  • Ensure sufficient storage.

Notifications not arriving

  • iOS Settings → Notifications → WorkMe — allow notifications.
  • Disable Focus / Do Not Disturb for testing.
  • Confirm you are signed in.
  • Reopen the app once.

Sign-in or registration failures

  • Verify email/password or try the same social provider you used at sign-up.
  • For SMS, wait 60 seconds before resending code.
