App slow or unresponsive
- Force-quit and reopen WorkMe.
- Check Wi‑Fi or cellular data.
- Update to the latest App Store version.
- Restart your device.
- Ensure sufficient storage.
Notifications not arriving
- iOS Settings → Notifications → WorkMe — allow notifications.
- Disable Focus / Do Not Disturb for testing.
- Confirm you are signed in.
- Reopen the app once.
Sign-in or registration failures
- Verify email/password or try the same social provider you used at sign-up.
- For SMS, wait 60 seconds before resending code.
