WorkMe is a workforce and marketplace platform on iOS that connects clients who need work done with contractors (service businesses) who perform the work. WorkMe is not your employer — it helps you post requests, receive proposals, schedule jobs, message, and track status.
Who uses WorkMe
- Clients hire contractors for home and business services (repairs, maintenance, projects).
- Contractors run a company profile, respond to requests with proposals, manage jobs, and coordinate field workers on their team.
- Workers are invited by a contractor; they see assigned work and coordinate through the contractor.
Core workflow
- A client posts a service request (what they need done).
- Contractors submit proposals (price, timeline, approach).
- The client approves one proposal → the work becomes a job / work order.
- Both sides use Messages to coordinate until the job is completed and optionally rated.
What WorkMe provides
- Service requests, proposals, and job tracking
- In-app messaging (text, photos, files)
- Contractor search and company profiles
- Optional AI assistance (service detection, job insights, in-app support)
- Compliance signals (e.g. license verification where available)
What WorkMe does not do
- WorkMe does not process payments between client and contractor in all flows — confirm payment terms in Messages with your contractor.
- There is no separate Android app yet (iOS App Store today).
- There is no in-app feedback form — use Settings → Help & Support or email hello@workme.pro.
